Launchmind - SEO and AI articles with measured results

Alex, the Launchmind content colleague, writes 1,800 to 2,200 word articles in your words, publishes them on your own website after your approval and measures the result every day: which share of articles is in the Google top 10 after 90 days (Search Console, last 28 days) and which are cited in five AI engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview. Our goal: 40 percent of all articles in the Google top 10 and cited by AI.

How it works

Connect your website (WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, Webflow, HubSpot, Framer, Laravel, Odoo or Craft). Alex builds a content plan of topic series from your Search Console data and the real Google results, writes each article with facts that carry a source and a year, and sends it to you by email or in the dashboard. Approve it or rewrite it per sentence. No response? Then the article goes live automatically after 48 hours; you can extend that yourself to 7 days. First article within 3 days after connecting.

Measured in Google and five AI engines

Every article gets schema markup, alt texts and IndexNow; hreflang for translations on WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop and Laravel. AI visibility is checked with five question shapes per keyword (best options, informational, comparison, local, doubt), weekly in the first 90 days and every two weeks after that. Per article you see which question produced a mention. The system learns from Search Console and from AI citations to update the content plan and refresh existing articles.

Pricing

Four plans from 425 to 1,899 euro per month ex VAT for 10 to 50 articles, on a 1, 2 or 3 year contract with a discount; monthly is possible at a 7 percent surcharge. Content in 9 languages; the site itself in 8.

THE HUBSPOT CMS CONTENT TRAP

Your HubSpot blog has the infrastructure. But not the content velocity.

You chose HubSpot CMS for marketing autonomy. Three months in, your blog publishes 2-3 articles monthly when you need 10+.

1

HubSpot's blog editor wasn't built for AI-era content at scale

HubSpot gives you a solid editor but doesn't write content. One 2000-word article takes 6-8 hours. Publishing 10 monthly requires 60-80 hours, more than one FTE. Native SEO tools still optimize for Google, not generative AI engines handling 15-20% of searches.

2

Marketing teams become bottlenecks instead of growth engines

Your Marketing Manager is stuck writing every article themselves. They see competitors building topical authority while your site covers random one-off topics. Building 8-12 interconnected cluster articles would take three months they don't have.

3

Your HubSpot CMS is invisible to ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity

Your posts rank in Google but ChatGPT never cites your brand. AI engines prioritize citation-worthy content with strong EEAT signals and structured data. Most marketing teams don't implement JSON-LD correctly, or lack time to add it per article.

THE LAUNCHMIND DIFFERENCE

AI-powered content that publishes directly to HubSpot CMS, optimized for Google and AI search

Launchmind publishes 2000+ word articles directly to HubSpot via API. Optimized for SEO and GEO, no copy-paste, no dev tickets.

Native HubSpot CMS integration via API, publish without touching the editor

Connect once. Articles publish as drafts with proper H2/H3 hierarchy, internal links, and meta fields populated. Review in HubSpot, tweak, hit publish. 10 minutes per article instead of 8 hours.

GEO-optimized content that gets cited by ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity

We embed JSON-LD structured data, write with claim-evidence patterns LLMs parse as authoritative, and include semantic HTML5 markup. When someone asks Claude for CRM recommendations, your HubSpot blog gets cited.

Topical authority clusters that build semantic relevance in HubSpot

We generate 8-12 interconnected articles per cluster, linking to pillar pages. Analyze your existing HubSpot blog via API, identify gaps, fill them. Turn your blog into the cited authority, not another shallow overview.

EEAT signals baked into every article, no manual author bio wrangling

Every article includes author schema, industry citations (Gartner, Forrester), and first-person experience signals. Articles publish to your HubSpot domain, so all authority accrues to your root domain. You're building a long-term SEO asset.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything HubSpot CMS customers ask before starting

How does Launchmind integrate with HubSpot CMS Hub, and what permissions do you need?+
OAuth integration via HubSpot API. Read access to existing blog posts, write access to publish drafts/published posts. No CRM data access. Articles publish to your root domain. You can revoke access anytime. Uses HubSpot REST API v3 with OAuth 2.0 best practices.
Can Launchmind write in my brand voice, or will the content sound generic and AI-generated?+
We train a custom model on 3-5 of your existing posts during onboarding. Analyzes tone, sentence length, jargon use, and perspective. You get 2-3 sample articles first. If the voice isn't right, we adjust and regenerate. Uses Claude with your brand training layered on top.
What's the difference between SEO and GEO, and why does it matter for my HubSpot CMS blog?+
SEO ranks in Google. GEO gets you cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity. 58% of B2B buyers use AI for research. GEO requires claim-evidence structures, JSON-LD schema, semantic HTML5. Launchmind builds both into every article so you rank and get cited.
How long does it take to see traffic results after publishing Launchmind content to my HubSpot CMS blog?+
First articles indexed in 10-14 days. Measurable traffic in 60-90 days. By month 6, most Launch Fast customers see 2.5-3.5x more organic traffic. GEO results (AI citations) appear within 30-60 days for articles with strong structured data. Consistency is key.
Do I need to involve my HubSpot CMS developer, or can my marketing team manage Launchmind independently?+
Zero dev involvement. Marketing Manager authorizes API (90 seconds), approves topics, reviews drafts in HubSpot, tweaks, publishes. No HTML editing. Launchmind's standard JSON-LD covers 95% of SEO/GEO needs. Your dev team stays focused on product.
What happens to my HubSpot CMS content if I cancel Launchmind, do I lose the articles?+
No. Every article remains on your HubSpot blog permanently. You own the IP. Content lives in your database, not ours. You can edit, repurpose, or delete anytime. Canceling stops new articles, existing library continues driving traffic and rankings.
