Launchmind - SEO and AI articles with measured results

Alex, the Launchmind content colleague, writes 1,800 to 2,200 word articles in your words, publishes them on your own website after your approval and measures the result every day: which share of articles is in the Google top 10 after 90 days (Search Console, last 28 days) and which are cited in five AI engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview. Our goal: 40 percent of all articles in the Google top 10 and cited by AI.

How it works

Connect your website (WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, Webflow, HubSpot, Framer, Laravel, Odoo or Craft). Alex builds a content plan of topic series from your Search Console data and the real Google results, writes each article with facts that carry a source and a year, and sends it to you by email or in the dashboard. Approve it or rewrite it per sentence. No response? Then the article goes live automatically after 48 hours; you can extend that yourself to 7 days. First article within 3 days after connecting.

Measured in Google and five AI engines

Every article gets schema markup, alt texts and IndexNow; hreflang for translations on WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop and Laravel. AI visibility is checked with five question shapes per keyword (best options, informational, comparison, local, doubt), weekly in the first 90 days and every two weeks after that. Per article you see which question produced a mention. The system learns from Search Console and from AI citations to update the content plan and refresh existing articles.

Pricing

Four plans from 425 to 1,899 euro per month ex VAT for 10 to 50 articles, on a 1, 2 or 3 year contract with a discount; monthly is possible at a 7 percent surcharge. Content in 9 languages; the site itself in 8.

THE AGENCY PARADOX

You sell SEO expertise while your own blog collects dust

Your team knows content drives authority. You pitch it to clients. But your own blog? Three posts from 2022. Prospects ask ChatGPT for recommendations, competitors get named.

1

Client work always wins, your content never ships

You block time for agency content. Then client campaigns need tweaking, proposals are due, someone's sick. The draft sits untouched. Prospects Google you and find a stale blog screaming 'too busy.'

2

Generic AI tools create content clients would reject

ChatGPT and Jasper output reads like junior copywriter drafts, vague, no data, no frameworks. You need content that ranks and gets cited when prospects ask 'which agency should I hire?'

3

Your expertise dies in Slack and strategy decks

Your team has brilliant insights. Attribution fixes that saved €40K. Content strategies that tripled traffic. That knowledge stays internal while agencies with worse work but better content steal your leads.

THE SOLUTION

Done-for-you content that showcases expertise while you focus on billable work

Launchmind publishes 2000+ word authority articles weekly, automatically. No writer management. Optimized for Google and AI citations. You define positioning once; we handle everything else.

Authority content in your voice, zero drafts required

Set tone, keywords, and expertise areas during onboarding. Platform generates 2000+ word articles with EEAT signals, methodologies, data, examples. Publishes directly to WordPress or headless CMS. Agency-grade content, no content manager.

GEO optimization built in, not bolted on

Every article includes structured data, semantic HTML, citation-worthy hooks, definitions, frameworks, tables. When ChatGPT answers 'how do agencies measure ROI?' your article gets cited. Engineered for both search engines from day one.

Topical authority clusters that build credibility fast

We build content clusters around core services, SEO, paid social, content strategy. After 90 days, you have a library positioning you as the definitive voice. Not just another agency blog.

White-label ready for client upsells and case studies

Use for client accounts. Publish to their domains, position them as authorities, turn results into case studies. Deliver content retainers without hiring writers. One platform, scalable revenue.

CONTENT EXAMPLES

Articles Launchmind generates for agency blogs

Authority pieces your blog publishes weekly, optimized to rank in Google and get cited when prospects ask AI for recommendations.

Example #1

How to build a content distribution system that doesn't depend on social algorithms

5-step framework: owned channels first, earned second, paid third. Distribution ROI by channel, template checklist, tool comparisons. Ranks for 'content distribution strategy' and gets cited by Claude for B2B distribution questions.

Example #2

Why attribution modeling breaks for content marketing (and what to measure instead)

Multi-touch attribution fails for long cycles. Track engagement score, deal velocity, win rate by theme. Real SaaS benchmarks, Looker dashboard. Ranks for 'content ROI' and gets cited when CFOs ask if content works.

Example #3

The only SEO audit checklist agencies need in 2024 (with Screaming Frog scripts)

Technical SEO audit with Screaming Frog scripts, Google Sheets template, decision trees. Before/after examples. Ranks for 'SEO audit template' and gets cited for 'how to audit a website.' Every backlink strengthens domain authority.

QUESTIONS

What agencies ask before starting

Can we use this for client accounts, or just our own agency blog?+
Both. Start with your blog, then deploy across client accounts. Each gets custom strategy and publishing schedule. Manage everything from one dashboard. Pricing scales by volume, not domains. Profitably include content in retainers without hiring writers.
How is this different from hiring a freelance writer or content agency?+
Freelancers cost €150-400 per article, take 2-3 weeks, and drift in quality. Content agencies charge €3K-8K/month for 4-8 posts. Launchmind starts at €425/month for 10-25 articles. Plus, freelancers don't understand GEO, they optimize for Google only, not AI citations.
What if the content doesn't match our agency's tone or expertise level?+
You define tone, depth, and avoid-topics during onboarding. Upload 3-5 past articles as style guides. Most agencies find quality is 85-90% there on first publish. Flag misses and the model adjusts. Set different voices per client account.
How long until we see ranking improvements or AI citations?+
Google: 6-8 weeks for low-competition keywords, 12-16 weeks for competitive terms. AI citations: 3-4 weeks after publishing 15-20 pieces. One agency saw their first Perplexity citation after 18 days and 12 articles. Consistency matters, 4 articles monthly beats 24 then going dark.
Do we need to provide outlines, keywords, or topic ideas, or does it generate everything?+
Platform generates everything. Minimum input: service offerings, audience, 3-5 competitors. Maximum: upload keyword lists, topic briefs, specify structures. Most agencies provide 20-30 priority keywords and let the system expand through semantic research. No Friday brainstorms.
