Frequently asked questions

How does billing work?

You pay the subscription price per client (excl. VAT). Each client is a separate line item on your monthly invoice, so you see exactly what each client costs. Clients that start mid-cycle pay pro rata from their start date; that amount appears on your next invoice.

When and how do I receive my 50% revenue share?

You receive 50% of each client's recurring revenue (ex VAT). Payouts go out on the 10th of every month via Stripe Connect, after the client payments are received. We issue a self-billing credit note for every payout, so you never have to send us an invoice.

Can my clients see that I'm managing their account?

When you access a client's dashboard, they receive a notification. You can manage all content, settings, and approvals on their behalf.

What happens if I remove a client?

The client's subscription is cancelled at the end of the billing period. You receive a pro-rated credit on your next invoice. Article generation stops.

Is there a setup fee for my clients?

No. There is no standard setup fee for your clients. If you prefer not to handle the technical onboarding yourself, Launchmind can do it for you for a one-time €500.

What is Q&A in your own words (Voice Engine)?

Every one of your clients gets our Q&A in your own words (Voice Engine) included. Your client answers a few questions on their phone, spoken or typed, and it becomes a published article in their own words. An extra you can market to your clients at no extra cost.

Do I need to be an agency to join?

No. Web builders, freelancers and consultants are just as welcome. What matters is that you have clients who want to be found.

Is Launchmind Pro the same as the agency program?

Yes. Launchmind Pro is the new name of our agency program. For existing partners the terms, the portal and the payouts stay exactly the same.
